This yoga class has the feel of a typical vinyasa class while slowing down the pace of the class.  You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat.  Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully, and breathing deeply.  Benefits of yoga include improving muscle flexibility, strength, and endurance – whole body fitness, correcting muscular imbalances in the body and helps to prevent injuries and imbalances from recurring, and creating a balance between energy and calm,
reducing stress and tension. Open to all levels.


This is a 1-hour yoga class for men only. Yoga for men increases flexibility, establishes mindfulness, and enhances athletic performance. Get started with these yoga poses and sequences specifically targeted
toward men. Besides getting rid of stress and increasing flexibility, yoga has many other benefits for health including helping lower the risk of heart disease, depression, and high blood pressure. Take an hour of your day to improve your strength, become more flexible, and relieve stress. Yoga mats can be provided unless you prefer to bring your own. Open to all fitness levels.


All levels class that connects dynamic movement to the breath. We will flow through a rigorous series of asanas (postures) in this class to cultivate flexibility, strength, balance, and mindfulness. Expect to work the body and let go.
