An integration of upper and lower body movements in order to enhance core strength, promote a greater range of motion and seek to improve overall flexibility, balance, and coordination. This dynamic class is based upon the 5 fundamental patterns of human movement which include the bend and lift, the lunge, the push, the pull, and rotation. The goal is to improve your mobility while also increasing your overall strength. All fitness levels are encouraged to come as this is a moderate intensity class. All movements can be modified to fit your needs.
