Dear Prospective Member:

Welcome to the El Paso Country Club. We are pleased to know of your interest in the El Paso Country Club, the oldest, most prestigious Country Club in El Paso.

Whether you are a devoted golfer, tennis player, or enjoy dining out in comfort and elegance, the El Paso Country Club has something for everyone in your family. A beautiful swimming pool, eight tennis courts, fitness room, dining facilities featuring outstanding cuisine and a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Our membership brochure contains information on membership categories, privileges, and an Application for Membership. Also enclosed are two Sponsor’s Questionnaire forms that must be completed and signed by two members of the Club and submitted with the Application for Membership.

When the Club receives the completed application form and initiation fee check, notification of your candidacy will be posted for a minimum of 30 consecutive days on the bulletin board of the clubhouse and will be published in the Club’s newsletter prior to a vote on your candidacy by the Board of Governors.

Should you be elected to membership, you will be notified immediately and temporary use of the Club will be permitted while membership cards and an account are set up. Should you not be elected to membership, your initiation fees will be returned to you immediately. A permanent membership card will be sent upon activating the membership, following the formal approval of the application by the Board of Governors.
